Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with what you buy from MulinBox Labs LLC. This policy explains when refunds are available for our digital products and subscriptions, and how to request one. It applies in addition to any non-waivable statutory rights you have as a consumer in your jurisdiction.
1. One-time digital purchases
- One-time purchases (for example, a plugin license or a code asset) come with a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
- To be eligible, the product must not have been substantially consumed — for example, a license key that has not been activated on more than one machine, or an asset that has not been redistributed. We may decline refunds where we detect abuse of this guarantee (such as repeated purchase-refund cycles).
- Where a product page states a different, product-specific refund term at the point of sale, that term applies.
2. Subscriptions
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.
- Charges for a billing period that has already started are generally not refunded pro rata, except where required by applicable law.
- First-time subscribers: if you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your first charge and we will refund it in full.
- Renewal charges: if you forgot to cancel, contact us within 7 days of an automatic renewal and, provided the Service has not been materially used in the new period, we will refund the renewal.
3. Free trials
If a plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid any charge. Trial terms (length and features) are shown at signup.
4. Duplicate, erroneous or unauthorized charges
If you believe you were charged twice, charged in error, or that a charge was unauthorized, contact us right away at [email protected]. Verified duplicate or erroneous charges are always refunded in full. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank — we resolve most billing issues within a few business days.
5. How to request a refund
- Email [email protected] from the address associated with your purchase.
- Include your order reference (from your Stripe receipt) and a brief description of the issue.
- We respond to refund requests within 2 business days.
6. Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment processor, Stripe. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
7. Consumer rights
If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with mandatory refund or cancellation rights for digital content and services, nothing in this policy limits those rights. Where our guarantee is more generous than your statutory rights, the more generous term applies.
