Terms of Service

1. Who we are

MulinBox Labs LLC ("MulinBox", "we", "us", "our") is a limited liability company organized in the United States. We design, build and sell software products, including browser and editor plugins, subscription-based SaaS applications, AI agent tools and digital code assets (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our websites, applications and products.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase the Services.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.
• Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

4. Purchases, billing and payment

• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise, and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are your responsibility where required by law.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card number or card security code on our servers.
• You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and billing information, and you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your chosen payment method for the products and plans you purchase.
• We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders, in which case any amount already charged for the affected order will be refunded.

5. Subscriptions, renewal and cancellation

• Subscription plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly or annually), depending on the plan you select.
• Automatic renewal: subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• How to cancel: you can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.
• If we change subscription pricing, we will give you at least 30 days' notice before the new price applies to your renewal.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have as a consumer in your jurisdiction.

7. License and intellectual property

• Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the applicable Service or digital product for your own personal or internal business purposes, subject to any product-specific license terms shown at the point of sale.
• Except as expressly permitted, you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or make the Services available to third parties, and you may not reverse-engineer the Services except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• All intellectual property rights in the Services remain with MulinBox Labs LLC or its licensors. Content you create with our tools belongs to you.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by: violating applicable law; infringing others' rights; attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data; transmitting malware; disrupting or placing unreasonable load on the Services; or using the Services to generate or distribute unlawful, harmful or deceptive content.

9. Third-party services

The Services may interoperate with third-party services (for example, payment processing by Stripe, or AI model providers). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. Output produced by AI-assisted features may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before relying on it.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MulinBox Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Services. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, with notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 10, 11 and 14) will survive.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable advance notice (for example, by email or an in-product notice). The "Effective date" above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which MulinBox Labs LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally by contacting each other.
